  2. Landman's Organizer is designed for the Petroleum Landemen. It is used to create or edit
  3. Land instruments and clauses  by using the built-in word processor. Several standard
  4. instruments and clauses are provided that can be pulled up in a window and edited,
  5. incorporate standard paragraphs from the clauses provided and finally save the 
  6. document on disk as a customized instrument.

  9. All standard Windows editing operations, such as Copy, Cut and Paste are supported.
  10. Paragraphs or entire document can be centered, left or right aligned or fully right
  11. justified  and printed output customized by user specified left and right margins. 
  12. Fonts can be changed anywhere within the document, using the installed Windows fonts.
  13. Printing can be done on standard  or legal size paper in portrait or landscape mode. 
  14. Commands are accessed from the menu bar or from the tool bar by clicking on the icons.
  15. Short cut keys are provided for commonly used commands, such as Ctrl-N for a new file,
  16. Ctrl-S to Save the currently displayed file etc.

  18. With the current version documents can be exported and imported between Landman's
  19. Organizer  and popular Word processing programs such as Microsoft Word, WordPerfect,
  20. Ami Pro, etc.

  22. A special View mode  provides viewing  an instrument without editing. Searching for
  23. a particular word or phrase is a snap as is replacing a specified word  or phrase
  24. with another word or phrase throughout the instrument.
